Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our Litigation Department:
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, preparing legal arguments, and appearing in court.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, conduct negotiations and handle/supervise legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and case law relevant to litigation practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Fluent in Greek and English Language
• Minimum 2 years of experience
