Vertical restraints in Cyprus and the EU: Decisions and updates.

The Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition has found an exclusive distribution agreement between Daimler AG and CIC regarding Mercedes-Benz car parts, to be anticompetitive and imposed a record fine of €20,7 million on  Daimler AG, the German multinational automotive corporation.
